Worst service provider

Biggest disappointment trying to get my account activated been a week of waiting just for someone to respond to my email let alone just activate my account. Tried calling the reception call keeps dropping when I am 1st on the waiting list... Even Web Africa has tried escalating my activation request but still no response and with me working from home this has been a nightmare as I have to travel to wimpy/spur daily for wifi. Biggest disappointment of a lifetime still hoping they come through as I am losing out. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
