Worst service provider ever

Tanya Phillips from Frogfoot and or Alida Moses from Frogfoot as per Super sonic my ISP are not upgrading my fibre line from 10 up and 10 down to 100 up and 100 down. As per veronica a Super Sonic they have sent the request to Frogfoot again last week Friday 11 Sep 2020 @ 5:30 pm to upgrade my network. I run so many tests and it is not action ed.
