Worst service in the history of world service - it cannot get worse !!

It is a pity that there is not an option for zero stars, that is what Frogfoot deserve. In the history of service in the world Frogfoot must rate as the worst. Just spent 40 min trying to get hold of an agent to assist me after I was put on hold only to realise that I have been put at the back of the queue,I I had to hang up as I realised that they would not answer my call. I wonder if the top managers even read these bad reviews on Hellopeter ? Please get it out to friends and family that Frogfoot is not a client focussed company. I will have to change.
