WORST SERVICE

We would like to complain about the recent service we have been receiving from Frogfoot and C-Way. We have logged multiple tickets about our internet connection being lost. This happens about 7 -8 times a day. We will be busy working on the server and all of a sudden, the connection is lost. C-Way says the problem is with Frogfoot and Frogfoot can not give us an explanation. We expect this to be resolved ASAP as we run our business from home!!! This is pathetic, I do not care where the problem is at this point in time, I want this to be sorted ASAP! I want to get the service I pay for! I want a Frogfoot and CWAY technician to come to my property and resolve my issue. I do not have time to run around take picture and make videos of lights flashing and boxes and and and. THAT IS WHY I PAY FOR THE SERVICE, SO THAT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE CAN HANDLE IT!!!!
