Worst ISP in my 20 years of IT.
Just moved to new place. Frogfoot is the only ISP.
Cant get line because previous owners set the date for 2 weeks later.
I sent proof of residence. I sent the fibre box details. I checked with my ISP. I called countless times and keep getting mixed answers.
I do everything from side just to hear how they cant do anything. Even previous ISP confirmed they released the line.
