Worst internet infrastructure available

On the 29th of December 2025, my ISP sent through an order to activate my line. Please note that this was not a new installation, because the previous owner had fibre and Frogfoot's ONT is still installed in my home. I was informed that the connection would take 2-3 days, and today is the 13th of January, without any WiFi. I've been contacting them regularly, and keep getting a generic response: " we're working on it" Today the message changed to, " but sir, we've had a freeze period over Xmas and New Year" In all honesty, in my opinion, Frogfoot is the worst infrastructure service provider of all the available service providers out there, and I've had to deal with Linteg, who's pretty bad.
