Worst fibre ever! Just don't!

Worst fibre provider ever! They should change their slogan from Just Connect to Just Don't....

The network is unreliable and slow. I have logged a call once per week for the last 4 weeks through Afrihost. Network is temporarily fixed and then it's down again...I have tried contacting Frogfoot directly but with no success as "you have to contact us through your service provider".
