Worst communication and service
We have received the worst service from Frogfoot! Our internet fibre cables broke a week ago and we are still waiting for a technician to come out and replace it. Their communication is useless! When you try to phone them, they provide you with no update.

If you consider using Frogfoot, stay away - they have the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced and it doesn’t seem like they are bothered by it. It must by why they only have one star.
