Wish I could change away from Frogfoot

Frogfoot has over the past few months deteriorated to such a degree that we literally spent more money on data than we should. We never get feedback from them and they leave the ISP in the dark. If there was a way to get rid of them I would. We work from home and this unreliable service is costly. If a directory or senior management had the guts to give me a call, I'd fall off my chair, because you cannot get hold of a call centre let alone a decision maker.
