What a bunch of dismissive bafoons

Once again congratulation Frogfoot on an excellent display, oh and first prize for disgusting service, all while us consumers are held over the barrel of a gun, this due to them being only fibre hardware supplier. 10 days on and they are still incapable of migrating my fibre from Vox to Cool Ideas by the push of a button (not even Telkom were this bad). Let me not speak of my previous complaint of 4 months of constant downtime and issues..... Apparently inundated with subscriptions, if one can believe it. Guess once you (the ******** public) have subscribed, you are then caught in their inept web of substandard service and be sure you will pay top dollar for this 3rd world service. Arrogant and dismissive agents, with useless people skills and robotic responses, who are incapable of understanding the context of an email and reading it from the bottom up.....

Frogfoot management or even better yet overpaid directors, I urge yourselves grow some *****, put your numbers online, state your case and be counted, or even better yet, invite me to your office, so we can discuss this like real men.
