Water pipes continuously being damaged by contractor

Wonder what type of contractors are employed and are used when installing the fibre in a suburb. This occurrance has happened in Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein. For the 4th day, when returning home from work, there is NO WATER!!! No public notification was issued to anyone in the area, just the signage of the company (hence how I know who is installing the fibre). How can there be no water during the day and the best of all is, continuously hitting water pipes and junctions. Then the residence think that it is the Municipality, but whom actually provided these *********** contractors with maps, indicating where the water pipes and layout is! Come on... Then when asked how did this happen "The shovel slipped" Seriously, do you think that we are all dumbwitts?!? NO, because picks are being used and the correct methods are not being done... You inconvenience households and the residence of the area and again with NO notifications of what is going on. Shocking service, *********** contractors and also who have no people s****s at all.
