Water irrigation pipe damage caused by Frogfoot contractor

@ 22 PLATKROON STR LEPHALALE On the first of July 2021 i have noticed leakage on my house front gate pipeline after FROGFOOT drilled through for their fiber cable to pass on the tunnel and i have engage with their site personnel that there`s water leaks since after they were working in front of my gate, however the guy promised to fix the pipe and the confirm its fixed without any proof or evidence of contractors being there, I have engage with municipality 2022 they came and dug only to find out its not their pipe. I have called FROGFOOT head office to assist with the matter but still again No joy (Ticket number #***) NO FEEDBACK .There`s clean water flowing into the drain every second and this is against the water management.
