Waiting 8 days for an update from frogfoot

Hi

My ISP is waiting 8 days for an update from frogfoot? Come on gents it can't take that long just for an actual update.

I moved premises and the previous owner said he did cancel his fiber and the last month should have been end of march with his ISP but it seems the line is still active which is strange because obviously then i would have internet on my fiber? which is not the case but my ISP with my current order has been waiting for an update since the 12th of April... We just need a simple update as to when my fiber will be active... A little bit of customer service would be appreciated.
