Endless outages at all hours of the day without warning and no updates. Even when there’s an outage it isn’t listed on their website. On a very specific Facebook page people have come together to vent their frustrations and Frogfoot is part of this group. They never explain and they keep asking customers to DM them, they still don’t explain in the DM’s but simply confirm there’s a problem or an outage. **** poor customer service with room temperature IQ people who read off of scripts.
