Vrot voet promise

Firstly their advertising does not match their service level. I have been struggling 2 months ongoing to get the fibre sorted out to the property I live in. 1st it was found that Frogfoot skipped this particular house with a FTB box when the contractors came to relay the fibre this was 9 Nov after waiting a month. After complaining about this a FTB box was installed 3 weeks later when we were promised it would be the same day which was 9 Nov. A new date was set as 3 Dec to relay the fibre for a 2nd attempt by contractors Echo Vision (super efficient team and friendly) just to find out that Frogfoot never pulled the fibre through to the FTB box. Frustrated Echo vision called Frogfoot and a voice message by the area manager said that he wil ensure that someone come out on the same day to fix the problem, well it is two days later and no call or correspondence from anyone involved to put me at rest that it will be sorted. I would not recommend them at all and any future subscribers must think twice before getting Frogfoot as their service provider. Very annoyed and disappointed with the level of service in this time and age.
