Vox and frogfoot do not know how to reply emails.

Vox telecoms that are the ISP for frogfoot are the worst when it comes to communicating. I have app**** a more than a week ago for new fibre, the place I moved into is already fibre ready so someone just needs to come plug it in for me. There are also others in the same complex using frogfoot. Phoned them and the guy says it takes 6 weeks? How in the world does it take six weeks!!!!! And the worst of all Is I email them they just refuse to reply me back. I don't make them wait when they require my bank details, but oh boy when you need the service you paying for they do not care about their consumers at all.
