Vox and Frogfoot bad service

We install fibre through Vodacom and the supplier is frogfoot. After many attemps for connection we cancelled vodacom due to poor service, after cancelation our fibre was connected. Now we have a new supplier and between vox and frogfoot we don't get connection . Vox said frogfoot want proof that Vodacom is not connected, we send it through but still no news from Vox or Frogfoot regarding service. Really this is bad. Must we go back to wireless internet as it seems that the people from fiber or sub contractors don't really want to work or must we get a new sub supplier to get internet? This is bad.
