Vodacom useless service

Vodacom still has the worse services ever and expects the consumer to pay for there uselessness...I was told a consultant will contact me after I requested a manager to contact me ...you get the run around and no direct answers from there call centers ...problems dont get solved...please can anybody advise me how to get my problem solved or at least a answer from a manager.
