Vodacom poor service for cancellations

I moved to the UK a year ago,having paid off most of my Vodacom contract,lmy contract expires end of December and I have tried on a few iccasions abd today for 2 hours trying to phone the 082 custimer care line,from my landline,which gives me no option to cancel my contract or speak to a human being,I called a shop the cancelling contract 082 number which I can't access from my landlune,my UK mobile is not open gor 082 numbers I am desperate as I need to cancel my contract today,I did send an email to customer care and got an automated reply Dawn Hurrell
