Very poor service to complexes with new fiber intall
We are waiting already 3 months for our fibre connection here in Nottinham court 12 in Parklands Cape Town after Frogfoot installed fibre in Parklands Cape Town. Have already an contract with Fox telecoms great firm. Then Frogfoot said they wanted 20% of owners in our home owner complex just 3 were needed we supp**** it to them no 5 were waiting one already withdrawing and home were getting their fibre just not us one story after another! Bad service Frogfoot!

Our policy states that we require 20% penetration in a complex in order to build. Your build is continuing as planned, however, we require sign off from a representative at your complex. This individual has the plans and we are now awaiting his sign off before we can proceed.
