Utterly worst service

The worst service provider. Please can we get a fibre supplier with less to no issues in the PTA Moot area. I pay my internet supplier VOX well over a R1000 per month but I never have a steady internet speed and nights like tonight I have had no internet at all for quite some time. Vox just say they will investigate, but it does not resolve the problem. Between Frogfoot and Vox I can not decide whom is the worst. Makes me wonder if there is a problem with my money seeing that there is a problem with their service. ZERO star for Vox and Frogfoot.
