Utterly disappointed

Have been without wifi for 5 days now. I have been told a service request takes 24to48 hours to get a response after 48 hours nothing came and I contacted them again and I'm still waiting. Been on the waiting line to speak to a consultant for 25 minutes now. This is ridiculous. ADSL was so much better definitely considering going back never had these outages and this is not the first time.
