USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER, PROBABLY IN BED WITH ESKOM

The most pathetic service with empty promises and ZERO ACTION. My internet's been down for 4 days now and I keep getting "the technicians will phone you". I've lost so much on airtime. I phoned now again, spoke to Mohammed who will phone me right back once he has spoken to the technicians to find out WHEN they will come to my premises. I wait 10 minutes, no phone call. I phone back and Mohammed's gone on lunch. They're a huge joke. Ironically, their fees are up from March, so like Eskom, you pay more for no service. Is Eskom and Frogfoot in competition with each other to find out who is the worst of the worst garbage providers in South Africa?? I want my internet issue sorted out TODAY Frogfoot. Or I will create a video and share it on social media exposing your useless service to your customers.
