Useless, ***********, lazy

Frogfoot does not do your installation... They send another company to do it. This would have been fine if the installation took place as scheduled. The technicians pitch a day late and without the keys to the fiber box! How were they planning to do the installation without the keys??? At this point I am furious at the incompetence of this company! They refuse to speak directly to the client so I have to wait for an hour to speak to an AXXESS consultant (which is just as useless) just so they can ask the same question as I would have!
