Useless Fibre Provider!!!!

It is impossible to get hold of this Fibre supplier, either telephonically or via e-mail. Either their switchboard Auto-Attendant cuts you off or you get hold of somebody that mutters something, transfers you to an extn that the Auto-Attendant then tells you is unavailable and cuts you off!!!
