Useless Fiber Cable Provider

This is the worst. I'm in Milnerton Ridge CT Frog Foot is the infrastructure fiber supplier and so no other cable in this location, I must use them with the Vox Service Provider The line is constantly down. I must contact Vox who say it's Frog Foot, who I'm not allowed to contact directly. So we have daily down time with bad cables, equipment and other across the country, no appologizing from their side. They just send a SMS (which is an hour late) to say a fault in the area and we might be down. No Frog Foot we are down!!!! Again!!!! 15th time in as many days!!!! ******* service, and we just must pay. A d then added to this insult is they constantly must do maintainace at midnight, and you bet your bottom dollar, the next day there are problems with hour long down time. Useless!!! Useless!!! Useless!!!!
