Unstable internet. No fix

I have logged a few tickets for this issue without resolution

I have a fibre installation through Afrihost and FrogFoot backbone. I have contacted both parties on numerous times to which they always responded with the router being faulty I have now tried numerous routers and still the internet speeds vary between 0.9 to 100 to 20Mbps I pay for 200Mbps and I honestly have never been able to go above 105Mbps. The problem is that I am in meetings constantly and the instability of the line means that my meetings often drop, which is not really acceptable for this line.

I tried to talk to Frogfoot and am told that Afrihost need to log a ticket for this

These 2 parties - although they should work together to provide a service seems extremely disjointed. Perhaps because we dont have any other option from a backbone perspective, they think the service can be shoddy
