Unstable internet

I have been experiencing intermittent internet issues since December 31st, and there is still no ETA for resolution. I understand it’s a hardware problem, but it’s been almost three days now—this delay doesn’t make sense. For those of us who work from home and depend on a reliable internet connection, this is extremely frustrating. While I understand that maintenance and unexpected issues happen, waiting nearly four days without a resolution or even an ETA is unacceptable.
