Unprofessional Vox Frogfoot fibre.

Honestly if i could i would rate your fibre -100. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING FIBRE AT VOX - FROGFOOT FIBRE. I have been logging a complaint about my fibre not working yet you guys keep on saying you will send a tech it’s been over a month and i don’t have working fibre/wifi. How do you guys treat customers like that? Then still deduct monthly EVEN THOUGH THE FIBRE IS NOT WORKING!?!?? I called asking to speak to a manager he sent me an email saying he will sort it out. Till today NOTHING I’m fed up.

pathetic I’m considering moving my fibre to Vodacom. At least i will get customer service/ support from them.
