Unprofessional employees

Well we all know frogfoot gets some bad reviews. I dont think it's the company's fault, maybe more the employee's working there.....If you see the way they carry themselves then you get a good idea why things is a mess and the company gets a bad reputation. Unprofessional would be a good word to describe Minette.
