Unhappy with Frog foot

I sent an email regarding the laying of cables on my property with out permission from myself or my wife whereby a response saying they had permission from town counsel but if this was so they would have seen they were digging on the wrong place! I sent another email out asking what was happening and i have still not received a reply i have also called at least 5 times without any luck the last time i called they said they would send my query to the contractor that was involved and i have still not had anyone contact me this is not how one conducts business!
