Unacceptable installation and subsequent repair

My frogfoot line was cut outside.my property by someone that probably thought it was coper wire. A frogfoot technician came to "fix" the line but did not have enough wire to fix it properly. So he put the fibre wires in a box and put a couple of rocks on it. Promised to come fix the problem.. I was shocked to then get a quote for a new installation of nearly R3000 to replace fibre that was literally installed 6 months ago. I am disgusted. I am still waiting for frogfoot to come fix their mess in the first place. I did report this twice now.through another useless service provider VOX
