Two Month's just to move connection, Pathetic

Terrible service from Frogfoot Bloemfontein, I moved to new address which does have fibre connection on 1 June 2024, and a month before that I thought let's apply for the fibre at the new place beforehand to maybe have it ready in advance since I had a two week waiting period previously. So I app**** a month in advance in the hope that maybe that would help with the expected poor service from Frogfoot. It 's now 1 July 2024 and the only response I got is that it might be done by 1 August 2024. This is truly pathetic service. I guess nobody cares and they can take as long as they want to....
