Two inefficient Companies

Frogfoot and their subcontractor, Klicknet are two of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I app**** for installation over 3 weeks ago and am still waiting. Telephonic promises are not kept and e-mail goes unanswered. As a result, I have had to needlessly pay for an extra months ADSL despite already having forked out R1245 for the installation fee as well as the courier costs of the router.
