This provider is useless. Like all the others they tell you go through your ISP. My ISP are trying - they're escalating and putting up with my annoyance but F*ckFoot are doing nothing to remedy the situation.

I've had it in chunks. They're effectively committing ***** and getting away with it. The only reason I could not rock up on their doorstep today was because work precluded it but I will be sitting myself in their offices.

Ya ya so you lose another client so what you have others who you retain. Let me be clear you retain them because you, like Telkom and Eskom, have TAKEN AWAY THEIR CHOICE. There are better providers out there but you just HAPPEN to be in our respective areas. You're a bunch of lazy, useless idiots who can't resolve your own wet diapers.

Sort out the issues with your customer service and then your service in general and you might find fewer annoying people like me creating a small nightmare. You deserve a lawsuit. For false advertising and *****. You took my money via my ISP. Where's my connection? 4 weeks since I app****.

And don't expect a response from the business they jump on it on FB and then igore you after 'sorry for the inconvenience'. You have NO Idea what an inconvenience is you ****** fools.
