Tired of FROGFOOT FIBRE and VODACOM

I have been trying to get fibre internet through Frogfoot and Vodacom at my Sister’s house since February, in vain. I have called Vodacom on numerous times, given a call reference with the promise that someone would contact me within 48 hours, I am still waiting. The other consultant said they would install on the 19th March which clearly hasn’t happened. The other consultant said fibre was not active in the area and upon disputing this they contradicted themselves to say fibre was indeed active. On follow up on the call references given I would be told that, that matter had been closed. The latest reference I got was SR *** and unfortunately I lack the appetite to follow it up. You would swear we were asking for handouts.
