They distroyed my property-don't allow them

When they installed the cables they used my house pipe to clean the pipe when ended up filling my house with water. After their installation when it rains water fills my house. I reported and nothing has been done yet. The day your guys installed Fibre in my unit I came home and found water all over the floor it almost got to my cables. I didn't know what happened so I went to the police station to report a case of malicious damage to property. The police asked if I stay in a complex and I agreed and the said I should ask neighbors if they saw anything,

My neighbors child said she saw the Fibre guys using my house pipe I then asked my house help to ask them and they agreed they used it, when I came home one day I found them and asked how they managed to get water into the house and they said the pipe they had to install the Fibre was dusty so the used the water to clean it using the house pipe. Wednesday night it rained a lot, we then noticed water on the floor and didn't understand where it came from. Then when we noticed water dripping from the Fibre link/comnector in the house. I got mad as I was thinking that this was caused by you guys. What if I was on holiday already, what would have happened to my property.

The following morning I found our van parked by the road and I reported to one of your guys he then called someone and he told me they are going to my house at that moment, he even send the report onto the whatsapp group....he said.

When I got home that afternoon, I was told no one came....

Yesterday afternoon I saw your guys again. And the guy/superior I think said he will come and check. He came and said he will be back this morning at 08:00. It is now 08:45 no one is here yet.
