THE WORST ISP in SA. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

They don't even deserve one star. I pay every month on time, yet every day I experience slow speeds with the ftth line dropping every few minutes. Worst is, they "own" areas and lines and then you don't have a choice but to sign with the so called service provider.

They do not provide any services paid for. It is absolutely pathetic. Allow customers to go with other isps, do not monoplise areas and then not provide services. This is not fair to paying customers!! JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND GET IT OVER WITH! Appearently their excuse is "this is normal" why then advertise and sell 99% up time with certain speeds, this is a blatant lie. Horrible "isp" do not sign with them. You are even better off with an old adsl line. The speed and reliability is the same, 4mbps dropping daily.
