The worst fibre provider EVER!

You are the worst service provider ever!! The only reason Im with you is cause there's no one else! Currently my gigabit line is running at 1mbps. You know when Netflix starts buffering there is a major issue. But you spend most of the time trying to proof that its not your lines that are the issue instead of investigating it. I've been using RSAWeb and Frogfoot now for a week, and there has not been a single day where there aren't any issues or major outages
