The technical support query was placed and within minutes a call was made to talk through the details. Fantastic customer interaction including a query about what time would be most convenient to explore the fault. At the agreed time, on the dot, two experienced and most pleasant technicians investigated the speed and drop-out issue; the street splitter was quickly identified as the fault and our line re-routed to an alternative circuit. Post-fix testing of our line and ONT were carefully done. This is wonderful service; thanks to the whole team involved
