The service "provided" by Frogfoot is pathetic

The service "provided" by Frogfoot is pathetic. I have had no internet connection (no service and broadband lights) since Friday (27/03) and have called Cool Ideas countless times. I now hear that my issue has been escalated to Frogfoot but that their third party subcontractors have no permits to attend to tech issues. Strange how small businesses have permits, yet these subcontractors don't. This was only confirmed after Cool Ideas called them, but they couldn't update Cool Ideas via email. No wonder Frogfoot has 94% poor rating on Hellopeter. Anyway with this rant, it is not for me to sort this out as a client of Cool Ideas, and please don't send me an invoice to pay for a non-existent service.
