The Eskom of fiber providers

Would have liked to give 0 stars, but can't. We moved house at the end of May and Frogfoot is the only backbone provider in the area. For the last month, the internet has been offline at least once a week, and for people that work from home, this is unacceptable. Then when you contact them you only get copied and pasted responses from their website. Stay away if you can, rather use Openserve, at least they know how to keep the internet on.
