Thanks to Yolanda Moagi from Frogfoot Fibre who reached out to me after I wrote a negative review about an experience with Frogfoot. After speaking with her this morning, it took her more or less an hour to assess and resolve the issue. I have to admit that I feel this particular problem could have been solved days ago but I am very appreciative to Yolanda for her swift action in helping us today.
