Terrible service from frogfoot

Customer service/support non-existant! Myself and my ISP has been trying to get my internet sorted for 5 weeks. Frogfoot keeps making empty promises! They came to do line installation on 18 Nov 21 eventually, guy told me that the box outside my property is missing and he logged it with their support team. Got a phone call on 19 Nov 21 to tell me the technicians will sort it out on 22 Nov 21 at 17:30. Surprise surprise, still nothing, no technician and no communication! Terrible service! And don't even try to contact them, you get pre-recorded messages that does not help you! Some people need internet to do their jobs for incase you did not know frogfoot!!!
