Terrible service for Frogfoot and Afrihost

I have logged numerous over the past few weeks as Afrihost keeps telling me the fibre line is unstable and Frogfoot needs to fix it or come to see what the issue is. Surprise, surprise that has not happened. I am told it is an isolated issue pertaining to my property yet Frogfoot still has not been out to sort the issue or stabilize the connection. Then miraculously the connection works for a whole week and then is off again. I understand regarding loadshedding but the service and assistance is shocking. How can one pay for a service when parts of the time you are also have to buy mobile data cause the fibre doesn’t work? Crazy, right. I have no faith in either Frogfoot or Afrihost.
