Terrible service!!!

Unacceptable!!!

I tried several times getting a hold of Frogfoot fibre, and when I finally got a hold of them the person on the other side of the line had no manners and was so rude!!! Money has been deducted for the fibre installation, but as yet nobody even bothered contacting me with a possible date to do the installation!!! At this point of time I paid for something that I can’t even use.
