Terrible fibre, completely unreliable

Really disappointed by this fibre company. I started a new job 2 weeks ago and it requires me to have a reliable and fast fibre line. For the past week we have had issues with no or intermittent connection. This reflects so poorly on me now in my new job as I have had to cancel and postpone so many times. This has cost me my income as I get paid per task, and they are not willing to refund us for the days we have had issues. This company should atleast know how to deal with complaints as the whole area has been affected and they are not doing anything to support us with the major inconvenience
