Terrible company - poor transparency

This company is not deserving of any stars. They are a bunch of inconsistent and *********** people with poor communication skills. They are abusing their monopoly over certain areas. We have been trying to activate our internet for over a week. They supposedly have a ‘third party vendor’ who is meant to assist in activation but they are unable to provide any details of this supposed vendor. The ‘manager’ has **** to us on multiple occasions about timelines and has not been transparent in any regard. Please be better at what you do. Thanks
