Terrible and unstable Fiber installation

Our internet in the neighbourhood of "Walmer Port Elizabeth" ref no:552869, has been down for the third week now due to Frogfoot unstable fiber lines, all but empty promises and totally rude staff when my ISP tries to lay an complaint to the frogfoot team and NO INFORMATION on the frogfoot network status website regarding the outage in walmer P.E ?? Trying to cover up the bad service from Frogfoot ??
