Terrible

Some of the worst connection I have ever experienced. My internet connection is constantly something wrong, when it is "okay" it lasts for about 24 hours and then it's terrible again. I have called Vox over 6 times, only one person out of the 6 has actually been able to make a fix and every other time I am placed on hold whilst the "inspect" what the issue is. After that I get an "escalation" which never results in anything. I have about 1/5th of my internet speeds that I was paying for, for about 2 months and when I was finally able to get the correct connection speed which I was paying for I cannot get stable latency or service.
